I love drawing with coloured pencil on drafting film, mix watercolour with pencils on pastelmat paper and use pastels with water.
Watercolour is truly my first love....
I love the way the paint flows, how colours interact with each other. Whatever material I use, it usually ends up looking like a watercolour painting. The "less is more" approach is also very recognisable aspect of my work. The white shapes, the emphasis on form is always present.
I love the lichtness it brings. The calm, tranquillity of open space.
